Lisa loves the old and likes to think her enjoyment of old books and their intricate illustrations comes through in the style of her drawings. She loves working to a large scale, as it allows her to really define detail in the illustrations. Animals play a large part in her subject matter, as they are so whimsical, and really interesting subject matters. You can often find her in the natural history section of museums sketching away.
