We know that purchasing over the Internet can sometimes prompt all sorts of questions, so we have listed the most regular ones here with our answers.

Q: Who are you?
A: Graduate Collection is a business focused on nurturing talented graduates. We visit many end of year shows and then work with graduates on getting their designs to market. We currently focus on homeware.
Q: Where is your product made?
A: We think its important to support local industry, its also better on the environment, and we’re proud to say that everything here is ‘Designed and Made in England’
Q: What happens to the graduates you work with?
A: We offer what is often a graduate designers first taste of the commercial market. Their collections are marketed under their own names and we hope some of them go on to produce further collections and become widely recognizable in the future!
Q: Do you offer the graduates support?
A: Yes, at every step of the design and manufacturing process, which can take several months. We also have in house facilities available for the graduates to use and of course every time you purchase an item you’re supporting the graduate directly.
Q: I have a son/daughter/ friend that’s just graduated; they might be interested in what you do.
A: Great! Nothing is better than a recommendation, point them to our website and they can get in touch with us via the contacts page.
Q: What’s your position on the environment?
A: We are conscious on the impact our business has on the environment. Manufacturing in England means our Co2’s from deliveries are kept to a minimum. We are selective in the inks and processes we use and of course our wallpaper is FSC certified.
Q: How can I order?
A: It’s easy, browse the products by designer or item and once you’ve seen something you like click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can then checkout and continue shopping for more.
Q: How can I pay and is it secure?
A: You can pay using all the major credit cards and paypal. Sage Pay processes our payments; they’re well known and have top marks for security.
Q: How long before I receive my item?
A: We aim to dispatch every item within 2-5 days of receipt of order, subject to availability. You should receive items within 5 business days from despatch.
Q: What do I do if I am not happy with my purchase?
A: We aim to delivery high quality products with a first class service, that means if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us. Full details on how to do this are on our ‘Delivery & Returns’ page.
Q: How do I care for my product?
A: All care instructions are on the item, but if you’re in any doubt, get in touch and we’ll confirm what you need to do.
