Delivery

We aim to dispatch wallpaper orders within 10 working days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.

Most of our wallpapers are printed to order, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality, reduce unnecessary stock and minimise waste. Some designs, samples or promotional items may already be in stock and may be dispatched sooner.

Delivery is available worldwide and our rates are as follows:

UK Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders.

International Delivery

We offer free delivery on international orders over £50. For international orders below £50, the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

All items are packaged securely, with the aim of minimising environmental impact wherever possible.

Returns

Graduate Collection aims for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us by email at orders@graduatecollection.co.uk within 30 days of receipt, or use the return label included with your original order.

All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us.

We will refund the full cost of the item, excluding postage, within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please include your full details and original order number with your return.
