Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and whether a wallpaper is held in stock or printed to order.

The following designs are currently held in stock and are dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving your order, subject to availability:

Showgirls, King of the Wood, Lionheart, Dipped in Moonlight and Toucan Green.

All other wallpapers are printed to order, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality, reduce unnecessary stock and minimise waste. For these designs, the estimated shipping time is 2–3 weeks from the date of order.

The estimated shipping time for each wallpaper is also shown on the individual product page.

UK Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders.

International Delivery

International delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order.

All items are packaged securely, with the aim of minimising environmental impact wherever possible.

Returns

Graduate Collection aims for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us by email at orders@graduatecollection.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, or use the return label included with your original order.

All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us.

We will refund the full cost of the item, excluding postage, within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please include your full details and original order number with your return.
